We accomplish much of our work through partnerships with Community Development Corporations (CDCs) working in the neighborhoods of these communities. Duluth LISC established the “At Home in Duluth” program, which is committed to revitalizing Duluth’s older neighborhoods: Central Hillside, East Hillside, Lincoln Park and West Duluth. “At Home in Duluth” revitalizes Duluth’s most distressed neighborhoods through community-based collaboration and a commitment to resident-based planning, generating renewed hope, excitement, and a higher quality of life in Duluth’s neighborhoods. Learn more about @ Home in Duluth.
