The Lincoln Park community is situated to the west of downtown Duluth and has a traditional urban neighborhood feel. The area is predominately residential, with single family and multi-family homes, inter-mixed with the beautiful Lincoln Park and Harrison Community Center, small businesses, strong faith community and industrial sites. The main neighborhood mixed-use corridor is West 3rd Street; Superior and Michigan streets boast large extensive retail services, convenient transit services and the new Duluth Heritage Sports Center, reclaimed from the Clyde Iron Works 10-acre site that will feature a 1,200 seat hockey rink, multi-purpose pavilion and new Boys and Girls Club.
